Therapy?
Therapy's most popular album is Troublegum, which is because it is the easiest listen. It's similar to the Black Album by Metallica, in that it is high quality Metal based on simple tunes, almost pop-like. Troublegum however is the odd one out of the Therapy albums. Nurse, Pleasure Death and Infernal Love are raw albums, giving a unique and incomparable sound. The lyrics are sweet to listen to, and nasty once you hear the words. They contain the same gritty reality in their lyrics as Beautiful South did before becoming crap.

Angsty low-thrash metal music. Harsh, but well orchestrated. Not power-chord based like Pantera or Sepultura, and well sung not grunted. All the lyrics have a slight-echo effect, and are more subtle than 'normal' metal. Recommended for borderline metal fans! Therapy? aren't really a band to mosh or dance to. Some classify them as Indie... and although they'd be at the extreme end of indie, the are more likely to be danced to by Indie fans than metal fans.
Troublegum is Therapy's most popular album. It's like the Black Album by Metallica - principally the pop offering from the band. Having said that, it's still heavy metal, more so than their other albums, it's just very catchy.
Therapy were never an immature band, but this album does have a few teenage tracks, like the opening two tracks.
