Due to work sometimes I can be offline for weeks or months at a time. Sometimes my inbox overflows. Have patience. I receive a lot of emails but respond to as many as possible except for the more brainless ones.
During working hours I frequently can't answer calls, and do not generally ring back unless I know who you are. Text me. I tend to work off the beaten track, where mobile reception can be very poor or unavailable.
